Too Good - Mendez Foundation

Aiming High is a prevention program provided to students in grades K-6. This program is designed to reduce risk factors and enhance protective factors related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs as well as getting along peacefully with others.

Aiming High utilizes the Too Good for Drugs and Violence curriculum, an evidence-based, skill-building program that will make a positive impact on the lives of students, teachers, parents, and community leaders.

Our main goal is to give students the tools they need to live a healthy life and realize they are too good for drugs and violence. The classroom lessons cover goal setting, decision making, peer pressure, communicating, friendship and managing emotions. Students also participate in a community service project.

Lessons are interactive and include a parent component.
