Step by Step diversion program for youth ages 12-17 Youth Mentoring leadership program for youth showing leadership qualities Leadership Camp 2.5 day leadership camps help 1-2 times annually Teen Institute leadership program for youth planning awareness/prevention activities in their schools Columbiana County Youth Coalition initiative where youth work to reduce substance abuse in teens. A number of evidenced based practice programs for primary aged children through high school aged students are available to schools and community groups on a contract basis.
